WSPPA: Golf course / hotel law suit
Following the City's Dec. 1999 decision that an EIS was not required for the golf course / hotel development (see the EAW page), a group of environmental groups has filed a complaint with the Courts. This group is comprised of:
  • The Isaac Walton League, local chapter
  • Trout Unlimited, local chapter
  • The Minnesota Center for Environmental Advocacy
  • WSPPA
As WSPPA has no legal status (it's not incorporated or a registered non-profit) two individuals, Terry Brown and Nancy Nelson, have been listed in the complaint as representing WSPPA.
